Klaber Kölsch – Kölsch

ABV: 4.8%  IBU: 8 SRM: 4
Brewed with local hops harvested from Boisfort valley. These hops were some of the original varietal grown by Herman Klaber, which was the orginal location of one of the largest hop farms in the country during the early 1900s. This beer is light in color, crisp, and slightly fruity with a light note of citrus.

FLOSTON PARADISE – west coast IPA

ABV: 7.8% IBU: 88 SRM: 4
Floston Paradise! The official IPA of (you guessed it) Floston Paradise! Watch the stars of the Angel Constellation twinkle as you drink this wonderfully citrusy and grapefruit forward IPA. Brewed with fresh hops! We took our Fhloston paradise and cranked it up with some homegrown wet cascade hops thrown in the mash. Accompanying the fresh cascade we included Simcoe, Galena, Equinot and cryo Citra hops to give you that fruity tropical experience. To really push these hops to the limit we used a new yeast that is able to cleave off thiols from hops like cascade to give you new flavor compounds that were locked away within the hop oils. A firm bitterness let’s you know it’s a west coast but has all the intense hop aromas and flavors to give you a tropical experience.

CINful Ubiquity – GOSE

A German style gose brewed with blood orange, nectarine, cinnamon, and Himalayan salt.

I Barley Knew Ya – Barley Wine

A big beer with a deceivingly smooth taste. Caramel, toffee and nutty characteristics round this one out but use caution, a little too much of this beer will have you singing “I Barley Knew Ya”.

Scarlett’s PURRspicacity – Gose

和風ビール Wafū Bīru – Jasmine Rice Lager

Ministry of Silly Hops – Imperial IPA

Brewed with a bunch of extra silly hops including: Azacca, Chinook, Comet and hbc431 ? Don’t worry, this beer does not contain the following: Spam, Venezuelan Beaver Cheese, Parrots, Eels or Killer Rabbits.

It’s Not a Hazy – IPA

A Collaborative beer with Flood Valley Brewing Craft Taphouse. IT’S NOT A HAZY is you guessed it, NOT a hazy.
This beer might remind you of a hazy IPA but it doesn’t look the part. As clear as a west coast IPA and a touch of a juicy, hazy, citrusy IPA. It’s the best of both worlds.

PUTIN HUILO – DRY HOPPED GOLDEN ALE

We have decided to help out directly by supporting our fellow lovers of beer! We are joining Pravda Brewery’s collaborative Victory Beer Series and brewing their golden ale, “Putin Huilo” (in English- Putin is a D!@$-head). PUTIN HUILO is dry-hopped with Saphir hops to deliver a beautiful citrus aroma and flavor, while adding balance to this strong golden ale.

The Pravda Brewery in Lviv Ukraine has provided their award winning recipes for breweries around the world to take part in and brew with all of the proceeds going directly to help provide direct support to the people when they need it most. If you would like to support the cause but don’t like beer please reach out to us directly and we can help you by gathering donations to be sent to Pravda Brewing. 100% of the proceeds of this brew will go directly to Pravda Brewing to help the people of Ukraine.

Currant Predilection – Gose
ABV: 6.5%  IBU: 15  SRM: 20

A kettle sour Gose brewed with black currants, ginger root and Hawaiian black salt. Rich in color, this beer is tart with a clean finish, light spice notes and a subtle smokiness from the black salt rounds out this unique gose.

Klaber’s Lager – Lager
ABV: 4.3%  IBU: 15  SRM: 2

Prior to prohibition and mass market breweries, many lagers in the United States were brewed using traditional German methods made with local American ingredients. This lager features domestically malted pilsner malt and corn. Light corn sweetness accompanies a dry malt finish, with a light note of citrus from locally sourced Boistfort Valley hops.

Granny Gear – Brut IPA

ABV: 6.6%  IBU: 30 SRM: 4
This isn’t your typical IPA. A brut ipa is meant to be more like a sparkling wine with an incredibly light body and mouth feel. This bone dry IPA is loaded with Azacca and Huell Melon hops that were added in the last 20 minutes of the boil to give you a burst of hop flavor without the bitterness. The beer was dry hopped with Mandarina Bavaria, which gives you a load of tangerine and citrus notes. Alongside the hops, this beer was fermented with a Kwiek (pronounced ka-vike) Norwegian farmhouse yeast which adds another layer of fruity complexity. This is perfect for a hot day with its citrus and melon characteristics and it clocks in at 6.6% making it an amazing summertime beer.

Funk Phenomenon – Blackberry

This super duper extra mega special batch has been barrel aged in a Cabernet wine barrel, getting extra groovy and fermented with brettanomyces in the barrel for 18 months. This groovy batch includes hand foraged blackberries.

This batch is very limited in 12oz bottles

Mango Fett – IPA
ABV: 6.8%  IBU: 70  SRM: 4

Jango’s Fett’s father’s brother’s nephew’s cousin’s former roommate’s favorite beer . A west coast style IPA brewed with real mangos Hopped up with Cascade, Idaho#7, Amarillo and Citra.

I Love Jucy – Juicy IPA

ABV: 6.9%  SRM: 50
This beer uses a Norwegian farmhouse yeast which gives off huge aromas of pineapple and guava with a hint of orange. The flavor profile has a firm bitterness that lets you know you’re drinking an ipa with it’s up front grapefruit and guava notes that slowly meld into the soft tropical goodness that comes through on the nose.

Seneca Falls – Saison
ABV: 7.1%  IBU: 20 SRM: 4

A PINK BOOTS BREW! Brewed with lemongrass, pink peppercorns and the Pink Boots hop blend. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Pink Boots Society.

Don’t Call Me Honey – Honey Blonde Ale

This beer features a sweet malt and honey flavor and is light, smooth and easy drinking. No bees were harmed in the making of this beer, the “honey” flavors come from honey malt!

HELLA JUICED! – New England IPA

Ughhh… another JUICY IPA? Seriously, how many juicy IPAs have you had today? Nothing has changed here; Just another hazy, juicy Neepah (NE IPA?) to check off your list.  Hella juicy, hella hazy and hella local. Our juicy IPA is hella fruity with hella aroma of pineapple, mango and guava. It’s like an adult smoothie in a beer glass, without the pesky fruit!

Baby Got Bach – German Style Maibock

Safety First – Black IPA

Black IPA or Cascadian Dark Ale, call it what you wish. This beer features a light chocolate roast and crisp grapefruit and piney notes. It’s the best of both worlds for anyone that likes hoppy and dark beers.
